Orders of £50 or more ship free. Below that the only method is Express Delivery at £22, and the checkout shows the full total before you pay.
Size and piece count, both named
Every set names its size AND its piece count, because an UK King four-piece and a UK King six-piece are different things at different prices.
Tracked delivery
Delivery takes up to 10 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, and most orders arrive in 5 to 7 days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Before you order
Buying bedding without touching it first
Piece count is not size
This is the one that catches people. A three-piece set is one quilt or duvet cover, one flat sheet and one pillowcase. A four-piece adds a second pillowcase. A six-piece has four. Two sets can both say "UK King" and contain different things, so read the option, not just the size.
Measure the mattress, not its label
Mattress depths vary far more than widths do. A protector that fits a 30 cm mattress will fight a 46 cm pillowtop. The protector gives the depth it fits, and the quilted mattress pad has a skirt that wraps right round the mattress. Both are sized in centimetres.
Satin is a weave and silk is a fibre
A fabric sold as satin can contain no silk at all. Both are on this site and each product page says which it is: the silk range is mulberry silk, and the satin range is a satin weave in polyester that glides in a similar way for a good deal less.
Thread count is not the whole story
What the fabric is made of, and how it is finished, decides how it feels after ten washes. The specification on each page gives both, as well as the thread count where there is one.
Children's bedding gets washed twice as often
Which is why the children's range is a cotton and polyester blend rather than pure cotton, with colours that are fade resistant through regular washing.
What to buy first
If you are replacing one thing, replace the quilt or duvet cover: it is the piece you see and the piece you touch. If you are protecting a new mattress, buy the protector before anything else goes on it.

Can I buy a single pillowcase?
Yes. Both the silk and the satin pillowcases are sold one at a time rather than in pairs.
What is the difference between the mattress pad and the protector?
The quilted mattress pad adds a soft layer on top of the mattress. The waterproof protector keeps liquid out of it. Plenty of beds have both.
Are the silk products real silk?
The mulberry silk range is. The satin range is a polyester satin weave, and each product page says which it is rather than leaving you to guess from the price.

This store delivers within the United Kingdom.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card and PayPal, both through the checkout.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, which is your right under UK consumer law, or within 15 days of purchase under our own policy, whichever is later. Send it back unused with proof of purchase, in its original packaging where you can, and you pay the return postage. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge, except any extra you paid to upgrade to Express Delivery when free delivery was available.
