Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs

• Free on orders of £50 or more.
• £22 below that. On an order under £50 the only method offered is Express Delivery, at that price.
• £22 for Express Delivery on an order of £50 or more, if you choose it instead of the free service.

Express Delivery is our fastest tracked service. We have never published a separate transit time for it, so we are not going to put a number here that we cannot stand behind. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you order.

How long it takes

Allow Up to 7 working days for delivery after a 2 working day handling time while the order is picked and packed. Most orders arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, and most leave us within 2 working days.

Addresses in the Highlands and islands can sit at the longer end.

Where we deliver

Everywhere in the United Kingdom, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Bristol, Leicester, Coventry, Cardiff, Belfast, Nottingham, Newcastle upon Tyne.

UK addresses only. The checkout takes a UK delivery address with its postcode.

Who carries it

FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail and DHL, depending on where the parcel is going.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, within 2 working days of your order. If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then use Track Your Order.

For logistical reasons items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked complete that is not on your doorstep: email theteam@bedlinenshop.co.uk with the order number and we will chase the courier.

If we have not delivereddispatched within 2 working days, then up to 7 working days by tracked courier, or by a date we agreed with you, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable time. If we still do not, you can end the contract and we refund everything you paid. That is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
